=== YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ ===

Assist the manager in developing instructions with templates designed for budgeting and RF processes, analyzing budget data, and running budget scenarios. Coach and assist budget owners in the bottom-up zero based budgeting process ensuring accurate budgeting in line with PMI COA

Design and execute various analyses and models, which involve highly sensitive information for management decision making on pricing, volume/mix and new brand launches.

Prepare RF change request with variance analyses and commentaries for the submission to RHQ. Liaison with relevant function groups for RF changes, and ensure accurate phasing of marketing expenses and overheads.

Run focus reports for company-wide expense analysis to fulfill specific management requirements. Support management on ad hoc reporting requirements, cheat sheet and budget / regional presentations. Propose improvements of the reporting systems and contribute to ensure that they are continuously adapted to business requirements.

Lead, guide and develop team members by communicating company and functional direction, agreeing and defining accountabilities and performance objectives, providing feedback on performance and identifying and supporting personal and career development and strengthen functional expertise.

EDUCATION:
Minimum undergraduate degree, preferably Finance majors

EXPERIENCE:
2 - 5 years
