Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to perform In-process Control Checks in Production area in accordance with the relevant SOP.
• Responsible for auditing and record keeping of batch history documents as per relevant SOP’s.
• Responsible to collect samples of Finished Products and Semi Finished Products as per sampling plan.
• Responsible to submit the samples (Bulk and FG) in Lab in a timely manner.
• Responsible to collect retained samples and store in Reference Sample Room.
• Responsible to collect Stability Samples and submit in Lab in a timely manner.
• To maintain MAPS for samples of bulk and finished products.
• To perform Batch record review on floor.
• Responsible for labelling of semi-finished and finished products.
• Responsible to report any deviations or events as per relevant procedure in a timely manner.
• To facilitate process validation and packaging validation activities.
• To ensure implementation and follow the Current Good Manufacturing Practices.
• To follow EHS standards, guidelines and procedures.
• To complete the assigned job as directed by QA Manager time to time.
• To perform additional task when needed assigned by Quality Operations Lead.
