Job Description

  • To give customer a warm welcome by greeting with smile
  • Advises customers by providing information on products.
  • Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions
  • Making sure that the goods are attractively displayed, bar coded & tagged.
  • Answer customer questions as per policies for services, and products.
  • Maintain stock levels
  • Identify & Prevent stock loss.
  • Have great coordination with immediate line manager
  • To follow all company SOPs/Policies
  • To take care of personal hygiene and keep oneself presentable with good and professional attire
  • Through knowledge of brands, categories, options & features of the product.
  • Ensure all stocks are security tagged.
  • Ensure compliance of all management directives given from time to time with regards to branch operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Should escalate all disciplinary issues to HR through Branch Management without any delay.
  • Any other task as assignment by the management.
