Sales Coordinator

Overall Scope

Summary of the position:

The position will be supporting the corporate sales team by taking care of the daily back end support required by the corporate sales operation.

Key Responsibilities

Description of Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with the internal and external stakeholders to contribute in the successful completion of the sales process.
  • Provides facilitation end-to-end deployment of the sales process.
  • Facilitates in combined efforts of retaining customers.
  • Generates weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Collects feedback on achievement of daily sales numbers from the corporate sales team.
  • Creates slide presentations where and when required
  • Communicates through answering emails and phone calls coming from internal and external stakeholders.

Specifications

  • Bachelor or master’s degree with a concentration in sales or marketing.
  • One or two year relevant experience in sales coordination.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Good communications skill.
