Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of applications, aimed at a range of iOS devices, including mobile phones and tablet computers
• Development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services
• Drive feature development and help improve end-to-end product quality
• Building adaptive UIs for iPhone/iPad with Auto Layout
• UI automation and Unit Testing
• Collaborating with designers, product managers and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience with Mobile Apps iOS development
• Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Strong knowledge of Mobile UI design principles, patterns and best practices
• Strong programming background especially in data structures, algorithms and design patterns
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON. Understanding of Mobile application’s listing, JSON parsing and web service Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Comfortable with version control systems such as GitHub or Subversion
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Experience with offline storage, threading and performance tuning
• Must have a solid understanding of the software development process, including unit testing and release management
• Experience in CI/CD would be an added plus
• Must be able to brainstorm and effectively communicate technology ideas and issues
• Must be highly collaborative and able to work cross functionally with different teams
• Agile software development / Scrum and Jira

• 5+ years of industry proven experience
• Good understanding of Object Oriented Design and design patterns
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
