Diversity & Inclusion
§ Build D&I into the Strategic business plan
§ Set D& I policy and standards
§ Advise senior leadership on how to change behavior and organizational culture using a D&I lens
§ In partnership with key stakeholders, develop strategy an set direction that creates diverse and inclusive workplace
§ Deliver a variety of interventions which drive D& I outcomes
§ Evaluate, adopt and implement best practices to promote the D& I agenda
