• Ensuring necessary arrangements and accurately reporting daily tasks to support the smooth functioning of study.
• Providing proper counselling to study participants
• Maintaining and updating the record of all participants (including IDs)
• Monitoring and maintaining quality control of the database
• Managing field calendar and scheduling day to day visit
• Filling out data collection forms, monitoring the data collection process in the field, evaluating and ensuring the accuracy of the data
• Writing a weekly report
• Filing of records of participants on a weekly basis and coordinating meetings with the field coordinator to discuss field related activities as and when required.
• Summarize interviews & provide ready access to all experimental data for the line manager.
• Maintain accurate records of interviews, safeguarding the confidentiality of subjects, as necessary.
• Keeps the KAP survey protocol intact while conducting the interviews
• Have knowledge of good clinical practices

Any other task assigned by line manager

• Bachelors in Social Sciences or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience in field operations
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Pashto speaking will be preferred.
• Strong work ethic with problem solving attitude
