Senior Software Engineer (JOB LOCATION: Toronto)

Our client in Toronto is looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer!

The job can start remotely, relocation to Toronto when possible.

Skills Required

• At least 10 years of experience in software development with Javascript/Typescript
• Strong knowledge of KnockoutJS, NodeJS, ReactJS, Angular.
• At least 7 years of heavy backend development experience, particularly in scaling up/optimizing large and complex systems. Relevant technologies: Javascript, Typescript, Java, Go Lang, Ruby on Rails.
• Very good knowledge of Javascript technologies such as Webpack, Babel, JSX
• Very good knowledge in relational databases, experience writing complex queries and migrating large sets of data.
• Strong experience en web browser testing with tools such as Selenium
• Outstanding communication skills and strong interest in learning/using different technologies.
