Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To develop and apply management skills through hands-on participation in management initiatives and tasks in order to make a greater contribution o the success of the theater both operationally and financially.
• The hands-on management of customer service is the manager’s primary responsibility. team
• The manager is responsible for workplace safety and health and to ensure incidents involving staff or the general public are prevented thereby ensuring the safe operations of the theater.
• Working effectively and cooperatively with others; establishing and maintaining good working relationships through building trust, treating others with respect, and demonstrating integrity.
• Encourage staff to work safely and prevent incidents.
• Making guests and their needs a primary focus of one’s action, developing and sustaining productive guest relationships by taking personal interest and responsibility for guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• On a daily basis analyze theater performance compared to budget and forecast, initiate action/projects to drive the business forward, and strengthen Cinegold Plex’s Entertainment as the premier film exhibition company.
• Directly responsible for the exploit profit potential of the theater throughout all controllable areas i.e. Merchandising and Marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
