What is Specialist Channel Promos & Communication?

Specialist Channel Promos & Communication will lead and design monthly channel promos which will include whole promo approval, budgeting, announcement, reporting and post-promo analysis.

The role reports directly to the Manager Merchant Channel Planning.

What does Specialist Channel Promos & Communication do?

Designing of communications of all channel promos

Managing Merchant’s budget and planning

Develop thorough Merchant Channel understanding & help generate ideas that further build channel planning in line with strategic growth plan

Work on market study and come up with ideas which drive lucrative promos to matches the business needs & requirements.

Develop plan for Channel expansions e.g. BA’s rationalization, numeric distribution of merchants, enablers analysis of Merchant Channel, Agent on-boarding expansion and execution strategy

Gain deep understanding of the competitor’s strategy & working and proactively devise strategy to counter

Designing lucrative Channel promos & regular post-promo analysis for continues improvements

Manage business expectations and foresee business needs

Closely monitor quality of Merchants and churn rates via using MS excel and Power Query tools

Have a complete data analysis inferred from promo reports

Channel forecasting & budgeting

Manage team to troubleshooting channel queries

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist Channel Promos and communication?

Master’s/ Bachelor’s with minimum 3 years’ experience

Sales background & understanding

Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
