Job Description

1. Ideal candidate for this position should have the capabilities of OBIEE upgrade including installation, configuration, report migration, testing, training and warranty of upgrade.
2. Propose OBIEE architecture, design and development best practices.
3. Conduct Sizing activity and propose the required Hardware.
4. Maintenance of OBIEE production and Test Servers, check possibility of maintaining multiple OBIEE instances on single server
5. Should have OBIEE administration experience like Repository and Catalog Change Management, taking/restoring backups, OBIEE services control using both Linux commands and Enterprise manager, OBIEE user security & refreshing guide in OBIEE etc.
6. Should have full OBIEE installation experience including SSL implementation and active directory integration etc., Server Migration & Cloning.
7. Will be responsible to do periodic health checks on at least quarterly basis. They are required to review the deployments as per the industry best practices and suggest improvements.
8. Will be responsible for Security Audits and required to fix all vulnerabilities diagnosed in assessment reports issued by relevant department.
9. Should have excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve every big/small issue in timely manner.
10. Should have data modelling expertise in OBIEE repository (RPD) and reports & dashboards development skills as he will be required to extend support in fixing reports & dashboards already deployed in Production environment.

Job Requirement.

1. Candidate should have 5 years of experience in OBIEE.
2. Financial institute experience is required.
3. Minimum Bachelor degree in computer science.
4. Candidate should be from Karachi.
5. Candidate should have experience in OBIEE Server Backup and Recovery, maintenance of primary and DR site and maintain switchover, as and when required.
