Prepare project proposals
Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos
Standardize content across platforms and media
Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers
Revise documents as new issues arise
Communicate effectively with US based clients
The ideal candidate will have
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical documentation
Strong knowledge with Microsoft Office software
Excellent oral/written skills
Flexibility, diplomacy, problem-solving skills
Ability to translate technical requirements into business requirements.
Ability to effectively work independently; ability to handle multiple priorities
Education & Qualifications
BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent business degree or strong work experience
