Role:
We are looking for multiple resources in Testing Department including “Test Engineer (Automation)” & “Test Engineer (Manual)”. Ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 2 – 3 years either Automated Software Testing/SQA or 3 ~ 4 years Test Engineering experience and zeal to excel in a fast growth environment.

Requirements:
Responsibilities

• Writes test plans which enforce the acceptance criteria of features and keeps all test plans and cases updated to changing requirements
• Runs functional-level regression tests
• Enters defects into the defect tracking system and verifies defect fixes
• Owns QA Health status of releases/projects in System Management dashboard
• Manage, support and coordinate business and QA aspects of software development activities, including requirement analysis and QA of applications
• Research new tools and technologies and evaluate their usefulness for the team/company

Required Skills

Test Engineer (Automation) candidate must have:

• Experience of Automation Testing tools (like Selenium, Cucumber, Test Complete etc), data structures and algorithm design
• Proficient in frameworks for automation like Junit, TestNG, Xunit, CodedUI, SpecFlow, Pyunit or custom in-house built frameworks
• Understanding of SDLC and Object-Oriented Programming and proficiency in writing test cases and defect tracking
• Ability to conduct Database tests
• Ability to gather/engineer testing requirements
• Good concepts of Security (Acunetix, IBM Appscan etc) and Performance Testing (Jmeter or Ibm etc)
• Strong Oral and written communication skils

Test Engineer (Manual) candidate must have:

• Ability to conduct Database tests
• Ability to gather/engineer testing requirements
• Understanding of SDLC and Object-Oriented Programming and proficiency in writing test cases and defect tracking
• Well versed in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience of mobile and web testing across multiple platforms
• Knowledge of the current trends and latest advancements.
• Strong Oral and written communication skills
