Provides confidential administrative assistance to sales and Customer care department

· Greets Clients/Visitors to maintain a professional image.

· Communicate/coordinate with all the representatives involved in sales and Customer care department to allow the most effective flow of process.

· Receiving all UAN number calls and forwarding customer queries to concerned department

· Guiding and dealing with Client’s on Sales, installments plans, transfers and refunds

· Responsible for sales and customer care support till client’s presence in Al Bari premises.

· Escort client to the relevant floor/department/person through sales manager task force.

· Document clients query and communicate the query to the designated authority.

· Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
