We are looking for an Accounts & Taxation Manager (Import Taxation)

Qualifications and Experience: Minimum ACCA qualified (fresh FCCA/ ACCA Members) with at least 4 years solid experience in taxation matters preferably in a corporate setting

Skills:

• Sound knowledge and working experience of Import Taxation, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Provincial Tax Laws particularly; Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Corporate Tax, Problem Solving Skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage efiling of income tax and sales tax returns and withholding tax statements.
• Ensure compliance w.r.t taxation of all regimes.
• Fact-finding and generating opinions for in-house advice on tax issues.
• Should be aware of services sales tax as well as general sales tax.
• Identify gaps and provide suggestions to improve compliance.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations.
• Provide corporate tax litigation assistance, including representation.
• Suggest efficient alternatives for saving within tax laws.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Account receivable/Payable record maintenance.
