Looking for Accounts and Finance Executive for a construction project at Islamabad. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field.

The candidate having hand-on experience of QuickBooks would be given preference.

The duties of the candidate include:

• Assisting in the preparation of budgets
• Managing records and receipts
• Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions
• Preparing balance sheets
• Processing invoices
• Developing in-depth knowledge of the organizational process
• Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
• Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
• Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required

Candidate must be experienced in a business or finance environment; superior mathematical skills; honesty; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; exceptional attention to detail; organization and planning skills; critical thinking and problem-solving skills; analytical skills; computer skills, particularly with accounting software and data entry; understanding of data privacy standards.
