Our client is one of the most respected Charity Hospitals, based in Karachi. They are looking for 'Manager QPS (Quality, Patient, Safety).

QUALIFICATION
MBBS
Additional qualifications/certifications would be a plus

EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of operations experience in QPS function with a Hospital.

JOB BRIEF

• Plan and implement Quality and Patient Safety Programme
• Plan and manage effective compliance to quality and patient safety standards
• Plan and organize effective quality and patient safety internal and external audits
• Plan and deliver effective educational and training sessions on relevant aspects of quality and patient safety to the faculty and hospital staff
• Prepare and share specified quality and patient safety reports with respective hospital administrators, hospital quality improvement & patient safety committees, hospitals operating teams, and leadership
• Manage patients complaint handling, incident/event reporting, and risk management processes.
• Periodically review and update Quality and Patient safety policies, procedures, pathways, and guidelines
