About this position: Business Analyst / Associate Product Manager

Purpose:
To act as a bridge between the business teams and the Engineering teams by articulating business requirements

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field from an accredited college or university

Experience:
1-2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity in a professional environment

Responsibilities:
Act as a bridge between the business team and the Engineering teams
Clarifying the ‘What to do’ part of business requirements
Articulate the business needs and describe solutions that deliver value
Discover underlying business needs to be addressed
Responsible for Product documentation
Work closely with the Graphics Designers
Analyze, organize and specify requirements to ensure that they are complete and unambiguous
Capture Product feedback from different sources (Partners, Customers, Internal stakeholders)
Identify New opportunities and product Improvements
Assist the Product Manager in creating / maintaining the Product Road-map
Analyze data to understand patterns hidden in the data sets using appropriate tools
Focus on design and building products from aesthetics perspective
Performing Internal UAT of the Product Features that are being developed by Engineering
Participate in creating and enhancing processes, standards and other related activities that contribute towards operational excellence
Keeping up to date with new technology
Evaluate Apps, processes and systems of regional and International competitors and convert those training into features and business opportunities
