Job Purpose:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business development for higher education. This role is focused on developing and partnering with B2B business such as schools and government.
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for identifying and developing key business opportunities in assigned territory
-
Developing partnership opportunities to grow our education brands and products in the assigned territory
-
Account Management of the relationships with schools
-
Working closely with university partners to increase growth in applications and student arrivals
-
To work to assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) assigned by management
Key Lead Source Development includes but not limited to the following:
Academic Partnership Development (APD)
-
Research and develop partners in Pakistan
-
Account management of schools
-
Working with schools to increase their leads/applications new students to our universities
Onshore activities
-
Onshore non-digital activities University brand led events, student recruitment fairs, employment fairs, career events, school visits
-
Onshore digital activities - community development working with digital marketing
Geographical Expansion
-
Identify and build new business development activities via geographical expansion
-
Lead sources as defined by Head of Business Development as required to grow the Direct business
-
To conduct territory planning and execution of all Business Development Initiatives
-
To enter all leads generated into Salesforce (CRM system)
-
To promote highest levels of team response and customer service
-
To understand market trends and proactively identify challenges and opportunities that may aid marketing efforts
-
To assist in market data collection and analysis

To provide weekly/monthly reports as requested by management
Experience & Skills
-
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

Required language(s): English

Experience of using SalesForce or other Customer Relationship Management systems (desired not essential)

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Sales driven and results-orientated

Proven track-record in exceeding direct sales targets, preferably from Higher Education industries

Experience in building corporate business relationship

Experience of selling a complex and diversified portfolio to enterprise customer

Knowledge and experience of the education industry in Pakistan
