The Role:

The incumbent will be responsible for execution of civil & power related projects.

Your Impactful Goals will include:

Support PMO office for project portfolio

Timely Project delivery with Quality

Project scheduling, Risk Assessment & mitigation plans

Managing and supervising project calendar

Site Survey & ATPs

How will your Typical Day look like:

Conduct TSS (Technical Site Survey) and share their opinion with designer.

At site; act as technical adviser on a construction site, to help subcontractors in routine works and guide them.

Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.

Understand Drawings and can change as per site requirement.

Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per approved brands.

Liaising with clients and their representatives (designer, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.

Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

Overseeing quality control, health and safety measures at site.

Preparing reports for daily basis of CW construction sites.

Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.

Defining and reviewing all civil/Power works requirements for BTS sites including concrete & steel works.

Maintaining standards for civil works in due consultation with Quality assurance.

Planning and managing design related matters of different Design consultants, vendors, subcontractors.

Surveying the sites for scope definition/verification.

Responsible for ATP’s of civil/power part.

Support in existing PMO processes for civil & power related issues.

Conduct PAT & FAT, and ensure construction of site as per Drawings

What we’re looking for?

Education:

BS/BE (Civil) degree

Work Experience:

2 to 5 years of experience in relevant field.

Technical Knowledge in GSM field for Civil & Power engineering.

Can travel frequently to other cities.

Understands all key SOPs of Network planning, implementation and operations.

Ability to work independently under demanding situations.

Excellent Communication & Follow-up skills.

Stakeholder & subcontractors/vendor management skills.
