• Continually endeavor to improve the operating effectiveness of the college for which he is responsible
• Suggest appropriate changes in and ensure adherence to approved policies, practices and procedures within his area of responsibility

• Be responsible for the preparation of timetable, class lists and schedules, and supervision schedules and be responsible for their functioning.
• Hold regular staff meetings for the purpose of discussing educational and administrative matters.
• shall be the administrator of PSH center. He shall functions under the overall charge of the BOD’s. He should be regularly available in the hostel office to address the concerns of the students
• He shall be responsible to monitor the health, hygiene and general welfare of the students residing in the center which are specifically assigned to him and shall attend to all matters regarding heath, sickness, diet, sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with the advice of the Medical Officer and Sr. Administration
• He shall be responsible for the resident students and shall ensure that the students follow the rules framed for their guidance and maintenance of decorum.
• He shall promptly take appropriate action within his/her power on all cases of misbehavior, indiscipline, and sickness of the residents in his/her charge and report to Provost and other higher authorities for cases beyond his/her powers.
• He will be custodian and in-charge of all the center properties.
• He can take suitable disciplinary actions when needed to maintain discipline and will report to management for further actions.
• Discipline students according to college policy and enforce campus rules, such as the dress code and attendance policy.
• Provide guidance and counseling services to students on their academic or vocational goals and offer assistance with behavioral modification programs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and students to provide the best education for each student and assist them in their academic and professional goals.
• Be responsible for the preparation of timetable, implementation of schedules, with approval of Board
• Establish procedures whereby the access of visitors to the cadet college can be monitored and controlled.
• Any other task assigned by the Board of directors.

The organization is well established orphanage having centers in 6 cities of Pakistan.

Contract length: 24 months
