About the role

Ratings and reviews influence how our app ranks in search results and can affect whether someone downloads the app, affect user acquisition and overall brand image. The Community Management Executive - App Reviews will be responsible for enhancing the user experience on the App Store and Google play and work towards enhancing the app rating and reviews

Key responsibilities include:

• A-Z customer relations: responsible for all customer support answering all inquiries with a target response time on App Store and Google Play.
• Actively Engage with Negative and Positive reviews on Google Play and App reviews.
• Impact the customer experience bottom line by problem-solving and win back customers.
• Judging on individual cases and escalating concerns and challenges to the concerned departments.
• Develop reports on all App Store and Google play functions and analyze the performance to help increase the rating of the app.

Requirements:

The successful candidate should have:

• Writing skills, excellent use of language matched with proper customer relation
• Languages: we are looking for individuals that can speak, read and write Arabic & English professionally
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer Care or Community Management Background
• Google Play and App Store general experience and knowledge
• Overall great time management skills, ability to multitask, intelligent, handles pressure.
