Job Description

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counseling on policies and procedures set by management.
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Conduct orientation sessions of junior and technical staff
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records (attendance, data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Conduct reference checks of finalize potential job applicant.
Facilitate in conducting exit interviews of resigned employees
Responsible for updating resume database and employee database on continuous basis
Advise management on sound practices in the areas of employee relations recruitment, career development, training, compensation and benefits.
Conduct market survey’s related to market-based compensation structure and employee benefits.
Maintain personnel records of all employees of the Company confidentially.
Update company rules and regulations.
Formulation of Company Personnel Rules and Regulations.
Leave Records Head Counting Counseling - To hold regular meetings with workers to resolve their problems.
In consultation with Manager HR, develop comprehensive training need assessments for all positions and maintain gap analysis.
Liaison with Employees Old Age Benefit Institution and facilitate employees to avail benefits available under the EOBI Act.
