We are currently looking for energetic individuals to join our Commercial Team to nurture the Key Accounts management and to lead the team of account managers.

Responsibilities will include:
Managing & Leading the City’s Account Management Team and to look after the onboarding of restaurants
To impart necessary Trainings to the account managers for improving their performance and impact
Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities
Recurring monitoring of the key account relationships and overseeing related arrangements in coordination with cross-functional team
Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure that the partners get the best experience of doing business with us
Prepare reports on Commercial Metrics, Operational Metrics, Product Mix, Marketing Campaigns etc
Forecast and track key account Metrics (e.g. monthly & quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Responsible for designing exclusive marketing campaigns, partnerships & co branding activities.
Ensure monthly growth in business orders and revenue from the key vendors
Additional tasks/projects as they arise

Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant field work experience
Education: Minimum Graduate or preferably Post Graduate

Required Competencies:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must Be willing for Field work
Must be fluent in English
Emotionally intelligent to curb work pressures
