Client Services and Sales - Pakistan Karachi, Sindh
Role Purpose
To independently manage relationships with assigned and prospective clients resulting in achieved revenue target and customer satisfaction. To ensure development of strong relationships in the client organization, customer satisfaction, and revenue target achievement and a strong teamwork approach. GCD Manager can handle any size of business and typically manages the large or multiple accounts. Responsible for development of CSS team assigned to him/her and supervising their deliverables.

Accountabilities
Add insights to client business, be involved in clients’ key business issues and contribute to decision-making and deliver effective presentations
Build strong relationship with client organizations (including senior marketing and sales function)
Develop Client Briefing Documents for all handled accounts
Successfully implement the needs assessment process in key client organizations
Develop and update an achievable and measurable account plan for key clients and follow through the OSVT process
Increase client business and achieve revenue target
Proactively provide solutions to client issues
Successfully promote new products and services for further business development
Expand business through client switches
Effectively communicate and negotiate
Develop effectively working relationships within the team, other departments and client
Train and develop team members to enable transfer of knowledge and skills
Effectively manage the team assigned to him/her
Deliver advanced product training to clients

Qualification University degree in Marketing or other related field a must, preferred Postgraduate 5 or more years working experience in Market Research Worked with clients in a service industry Strong leadership and team development skills Strong Analytical mind Excellent Presentation skills Good organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Competent Negotiator with good influencing skills Expertise in servicing customers and in-depth knowledge on RMS methods, analysis and techniques Business acumen and good knowledge of the market dynamics
