• In consultation with appropriate colleagues, oversee as necessary, the interpretation and application of curriculums in line with TCS policy
• Support GM Academics in the overall management, implementation and quality assurance of O and A levels/Matric/Intermediate.
• Implement Curriculum for all the O&A level/matric/Intermediate schools
• Conduct and arrange Coordination meetings with O/A level/Matric/Intermediate teachers
• Monitor Result Analysis – MYE, EOY. Mocks, Post CIE Results and work on Action plans
• Ensure academic excellence in CAIE result
• Organization of In-house subject-based trainings for O level teachers such as INSET Workshops, Academic Moot.
• Ensure academic tasks such as Time tabling, School- readiness protocols, Internal and External exams
• Liaise with the Regional Manager Training to ensure proper and effective implementation of all TCS trainings
• Work in collaboration with the Marketing Department to design effective marketing strategies to support admission drive and retention of students
• Arrange guidance and counseling sessions for students in collaboration with the Network/Regional/school-based counselors
• Liaise with Regional Examination Coordinator for internal and external examination and accomplish all exam related tasks.
