IHT is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team for High Pressure Cogeneration for Sugar Sector in Pakistan. The position will assist Project Director and Project Manager in day to day management of the project, organization of events and administrative controls, organising study tours, managing all logistics of travel, visits, etc. Also responsible for managing all coordination with the partners, study tours, visits, exhibitions, etc. The position will also perform related consulting work including project management, report writing, and other tasks as required
Serve as the coordinator between project team, sugar mills, and other stakeholders
Assisting project director and manager in day to day management of the project
Organization of meetings, workshops, seminars and training sessions for staff of Sugar Mills and Boiler Manufacturers
Organizing trainings and study tours, managing all logistics of travel, visits, study tours, etc
Organizing and managing training programs for technical staff of boiler manufacturers for designing, installation and commissioning of HP Boilers
Providing support to project team for smooth implementation of project activities
Recording the feedback from stockholders during workshops and seminars
Provision of assistance during Monitoring & Evaluation missions, internal and external audits and their organization as well
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Management, Public Administration, Economics, or Social Science
10-15 years of experience working with industrial sector
Proven ability in collaborating closely with multi-level stakeholders; experience in projects implemented in industrial sector will be considered an advantage
Must have experience in report writing, and relationship management
Take responsibility and work independently, as well as coordinate team efforts
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Location
The position is based in Lahore, with intermittent travel to other cities in Pakistan.
