Looking to hire "QA Manager"

Job Responsibility includes:

• Customers' requirements, standards and other necessities must be applied on the product.
• Work closely with Product Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, Processing, Planning teams to make sure the gate checks on the process and products where needed.
• Root cause analysis, CAPA preparation, approvals from the SMQA and submission accordingly falls under the umbrella of QA Manager.
• To monitor quality process and find out gaps regarding quality performance against set measures.
• To link customer with production floor by providing customers quality procedures and parameters.
• Ensure effective implementation of product development, pre-production & post production procedure.
• PP/TPR meetings must be attended by QA Manager(s).
• To ensure that trial run is performed for every new product.
• Remain active member in improvement projects along with SMQA.
