JOB PURPOSE
Manage sales of Central Region in coordination with internal stakeholders through synergized efforts for business growth.
Description
o Assume responsibilities of Head Institutional Sales Center to enhance business opportunities and deepen existing portfolio.
o Keep close liaison with senior regional management, TEB, Islamic, INFI and Consumer Banking Teams. Meet them from time to time for business development related to Institutions.
o Help organize meetings of Head Institutional Sales with customers in Central region, propose agenda points and ensure strong follow up to close the deals.
o Stay abreast of status updates regarding ongoing projects for weekly update to Head Institutional Sales and highlight action plan to achieve targets.
o Maintain close contact with clients through frequent calls or visits across Central Region. Keep RCs onboard for ensuring synchronized efforts, service quality and expectation management.
