Job Summary

This position will undertake and execute all digital communications pertinent to this project, prepare weekly and monthly social media reports, liaise with designers and videographers to prepare content for day to day digital communications, and for full-fledged campaigns. This position will manage all social media channels of RFP including the website and will be responsible for preparing, uploading, and managing all digital communications on these platforms.

This position will also be responding and managing the public requests/comments received on RFP’s digital platforms and will coordinate with all the relevant stakeholders for timely content creation

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ community management experience in NGOs or crowdfunding projects.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admiration (Marketing Majors) or Bachelors in Communications or Bachelors in Social Sciences or Bachelors in Media Sciences or Journalism.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare digital content calendars and digital campaigns for the RFP projects.
• Script Writing & Mood boarding.
• Respond and manage all queries received on RFP digital platforms.
• Management and uploading of content on all RFP digital platforms (Website, Facebook, Twitter).
• Monitor digital channel analytics and prepare weekly and monthly reports on the performance.
• Ensure timely creation of the digital content liaising with videographers, designers, and RFP project coordinator.
• Strongly coordinate with Indus Hospital (field operations).
• Monitoring and managing social listening for Rabies Free Pakistan Project.
• Preparing and managing budgets for digital media buying and content creation.
• Creating and managing content for the RFP website.

• The candidate will be placed at Getz Pharma Head Office with frequent movements.

• 50% office job, 50% field work.
• Candidate should be very creative, should have good communication skills (both written and verbal), very good presentation skills.
• Videography and Photography will be an added advantage.
• The candidate must be passionate about animals and their rights. He must be a dog lover.

Salary Range:

• Around 45,000- 50,000 per month with benefits.
