A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and culture driven Software Engineering Manager to join the technology division of a fast growing startup.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a new team in a truly agile environment within their Pakistan office.

You will be responsible for ensuring software delivery for web applications are supported effectively throughout the full lifecycle, ultimately ensuring quality standards are adhered to.

You will work closely with the product manager and ensure that priority changes are delivered in a timely manner to deliver value to customers.

You will be managing multiple Full Stack Developers to deliver change for customers.

It will be key to ensure the team are effectively supported in their role, driving excellence and agility to deliver the product roadmap.

• Experience of building and leading a high functioning delivery team.

• A people person with experience of coaching, mentoring and inspiring the team to deliver success and desired outcomes.

• Full agile software delivery experience in a modern web/app-based environment.

• Scrum master experience delivering sprints to successful completion and delivering on time.

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.

• Strong communicator, able to motivate the team and provide effective feedback.

• Passionate about software development and embedding quality and innovation in the actual output and delighting customers.
