The supervisor is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted, high-quality EMS operations at Station Level, which are consistent with the policies and procedures laid down

• Staff Scheduling, attendance, Monitors the ongoing performance, Provides coaching and counseling to staff
• supervision of handing and taking over procedures, Ensures all items and Ambulance are mechanically fit for safe and effective functioning. Safeguards infection control procedures are implemented
• Monitors fuel consumption and refueling exercise
• ensure that communication protocol, Station Equipment is functional at all times, audits on inventory of supplies

• Others Tasks as per directions of management

Education

• Masters in Administration/ MBA/ MPA/ M.A
• Medical Knowledge

• Excellent Computer Skills
• General Management, Basic Computer, Basic Accounting, Basic Inventory, EMR/ACLS/Primary Trauma Care course/Pediatric life support, Team Building, Data Entry, Analysis and Reporting, Problem/Conflict Resolution, Basics of H.S.E.Q. (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality)
