Business Development Manager


Job Description

Rezaid is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Lahore office, identifying new sales opportunities and lead our team

This is in an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to grow and develop in an expanding company.


· Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

· Present our company to potential clients

· Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services

· Proactively seek new business opportunities online

· Manage and motivate the business development team to achieve its growth targets

· Plan/Execute marketing Strategy/campaigns that build brand awareness and generate leads, with a close eye on ROI

· Collect and analyze data regarding customer preferences and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing demand

· Use analytic skills to identify and test emerging opportunities for business market growth and improvement

· Develop and manage forecasts; implement strategies to achieve targets.

· Gain deep understanding of competitor performance & market dynamics


· At least an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field- candidates from esteemed academic institutions are strongly encouraged to apply.

· 5+ years of work experience in business development is required. Preference will be given to applicants who have a clear, demonstrable track record of winning on-line sales at well-established and respected organizations

· Expertise in MS Excel (handling complex data, analyzing spreadsheets and charts)

· Understanding of sales performance metrics

· Ability to deliver engaging presentations

· Experience in Digital Marketing would be an added advantage

· Good teamwork skills

· Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

· Excellent IT skills

· Experience with a CRM software (Hubspot) will be preferred
